Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique which uses firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and the surrounding connective tissues (also known as fascia). Deep tissue massage therapy is often used as a treatment to ease scar tissue, and break down muscle knots & adhesion.
